Nicole Lin '27
Nicole is concentrating in General Biology and aspires to attend pharmacy school after graduating. She is currently a research assistant at the Motivation and Goal Pursuit lab, which focuses on gender and race stereotype threats. On campus, Nicole is part of EARS, Meinig Family Cornell National Scholars, and Biology Scholars Program. Last summer, she was a research assistant at South Dakota State University in the Reineke Lab, focusing on pancreatic cancer and drug delivery. This summer, she will return as a research assistant again at the Reineke Lab and volunteer at a hospital. For fun, she enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with friends, trying new coffee shops, and baking!
Nicole's words of encouragement for incoming freshmen:
“Enjoy your four years! It's important to manage your time well with academics and extracurriculars, but making lifelong connections and discovering your own path and interest is what college is all about!"
