Naomi Boyd '25

Naomi is a senior, concentrating in General Biology and plans to take a gap year to explore career options. She is interested in either science education or pursuing a degree in physical therapy after graduating. She is an active member of the Cornell Music Production Club, EYES, Chromatic, and Interdisciplinary Psychology Club, and is a TA for Genetics. In her spare time she loves making art, taking pictures, knitting, writing music/playing guitar and singing, and taking walks. She loves talking to people and says, "I'd love to hear from you, even if it's not about academics. Bring me your random facts or jokes."

Her words of advice for new students

“Everyone experiences imposter syndrome, but you belong here! It's only competitive if you view it as a competition. Instead, think about how you can learn from others instead of comparing yourself to them. If someone knows more than you, learn from them--don't be jealous from afar.”
