Andrew Kim ‘25

Andrew is concentrating in Neurobiology and Behavior and plans to pursue medicine after graduation! At Cornell, Andrew researched animal social behaviors (mice and wasps) at the Sheehan Lab, is a member of Club Track and Field and Encouraging Young Engineers and Scientists (EYES), and TAs for BIOMG 2800. This summer, Andrew plans to undergo the Advent Health Summer Program and shadow! His favorite course at Cornell has been BIONB 2210. For fun, Andrew likes to work out, go on walks on the nice Ithaca trails, binge shows, play video games, read, watch TV/movies, and play instruments!

Andrew's words of advice to new students:

“The first year as a biology major at Cornell is challenging to most students, so don’t feel too bad if you’re struggling! Also, everyone is trying to make friends freshman year, so put yourself out there. There are plenty of organizations and clubs to find people with similar interests!”
