Cornell AgriTech in Geneva, New York offers a Summer Research Scholars Program where undergraduate students participate in exciting projects in agricultural research, food and beverage entrepreneurship, and business development.
For all internship programs, students have the opportunity to work with faculty, their graduate students, postdocs, and senior level staff on projects to jumpstart future career paths.
Honoring Jan Nyrop
We are dedicating the 2023 Summer Research Scholars program to Jan Nyrop, former Cornell AgriTech Director, in honor of his long-standing commitment to the program. During his time as director, Jan pushed to increase undergraduate training opportunities in agricultural research and extension at AgriTech, recognizing it as a key step in strengthening the U.S. agricultural workforce.
