- Learn more about the Summer Research Scholars Program
- 2020 program was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. We are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to host the program Summer 2021.
- Program anticipated to start on June 9, 2021 (June 8 travel) and run through August 6, 2021 (August 7 for travel).
We anticipate that the combination of availability of vaccines for COVID-19 and practices already implemented for mitigating the risk of COVID infection (regular testing, mask requirements, social distancing, limits on head counts for group activities) will permit us to run the Summer Scholars program in 2021. However, at this time it is impossible to say with certainty whether this will be the case.
We will be opening our application portal and begin accepting applications soon. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we will post specifics about testing requirements and other pandemic-related requirements.
