Buildings and Properties
Our buildings and properties department is dedicated to the success and satisfaction of Cornell AgriTech, staff, students and campus visitors. Over 50 buildings and properties (B&P) personnel are dedicated to keeping our labs, greenhouses, farms, offices, grounds, classrooms, vehicles and equipment operating.
B&P includes:
- Field coordinators and assistants
- HVAC technicians
- Painters
- Plumbers
- Electricians
- Custodians
- Utility operators
- Vehicle mechanics
- Greenhouse technicians
- Grounds and landscape specialists
Hours are from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (3:00 PM on Fridays).

Maximo Work Order:
Maximo is used to enter B&P (Buildings & Properties, facilities) repair and service requests (ex: report light out, request equipment to be moved). An account number is needed.
