Registration

To assist with onsite check-in efficiency, pre-registration before March 27 is highly encouraged.  A unique email address is required to complete registration and only one registration per email address may be submitted.

2026 registration fees

Registration rates are per person and includes meals, sessions, and one copy of the conference proceedings.  To ensure post-registration emails regarding this event reach your inbox, please add dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu) to your address book or safe senders list.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be received by emailing dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu).

  • Cancellations received on or before March 18 will received a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after March 18 and before March 25 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • If you do not cancel by March 25 and do not attend the conference, no refunds will be given.
  • A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to March 27 by submitting a request to dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu).

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file within 7 days of notification of cancellation. Payments made by check will be refunded by check from Cornell University and will take 4-6 weeks for processing.
