This year’s sponsor opportunities include specialty sponsorships and tiered contribution levels.  Exhibit spaces are included with sponsorship and are available on a first come, first served basis. Choose the sponsorship level that best fits your company’s needs and increase brand exposure.  Detailed information including benefits and asset technical information can be found below.

Sponsorship Levels

In addition to the benefits outlined below, all sponsors will be recognized during the event on signage and in a PowerPoint presentation.

Red delta pattern

Pre-Conference Reception - $3,000

Welcome attendees to the conference at the Networking Reception on Monday evening.  The reception is attended about 50 sponsors, speakers, and attendees.

Networking Breakfast Sponsor - $3,000

Kick off the day in the visible role of the conference breakfast sponsor. You may supply branded napkins and cup wraps to be used during the networking breakfast.

Coffee Break - $3,000

Attendees run on coffee and snacks! Give them their fuel by sponsoring the morning coffee break. You may also supply branded napkins and cup wraps for the sponsored break.

Gold - $1,500

Sponsorship Recognition Details

Website

All sponsors will be recognized according to level on conference webpage. Contributions of $1,000 or more include logo. Company name or logo image will be linked to company URL.

Company URL and high-resolution logo (300 DPI or higher .jpg, .png or .eps format) should be provided during online sponsorship registration process.

Conference Proceedings

Sponsors will be recognized by level in the printed conference proceedings and an electronic sponsor directory that will be shared with all registrants by email.  Ad space is also provided for contributions of $1,000 or more.

During the Event

All sponsors receive an exhibit table and will be recognized on signage and in a PowerPoint presentation during the live event.

Sponsorship Asset Technical Information

Please review the details below and be mindful of deadlines to ensure maximum exposure.

 Ad space size is based on contribution level. Ads will be printed in black and white for the proceedings booklet that will be distributed at the in-person event.  Ads will also be included in the electronic sponsor directory that will be emailed to registrants.

Due date: March 1
Format: High quality PDF without bleed or crop sized according to level:

  • Pre-Conference, Breakfast, and Coffee Break: 6.5."W x 9"H
  • Gold: 6.5" W x 4.42" H or 3.17" W x 9" H
  • Silver: 3.17" W x 4.42" H

Each sponsorship level includes at least one discounted registration. After February 1 and upon confirmation of payment, a unique discount code will be sent that can be used during conference registration.

Exhibit tables are included with each sponsorship level on a first-come, first-served basis.  Each sponsor will be provided with a draped 6’ table, 2 chairs and standard 120V electric (upon request.)

Exhibit tables will be pre-assigned by conference staff.   Displays should be installed so they do not project beyond the table allocated and will permit a clear view from table to table.  All staff managing exhibit tables must register for the conference separately (may use registration discounts as included with sponsorship.)

Where included with your sponsorship, we will share a list of attendee names and email addresses after the event. These participants have given permission to receive communication related to your business and services only. This contact information is for internal use only and may not be sold and used beyond the purpose of stated above.  In order to remain in accordance with the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act guidelines and to not violate the privacy rights of our attendees, we respectfully request that sponsors who have access to the attendee email list also adhere to said guidelines by offering recipients an “opt-out” option and by using the email list judiciously.
