The kitchen is open 24/7 and is available by the shift as follows:

South Fork Kitchens (SFK) is East End Food Institute's shared commercial kitchen and incubator for food entrepreneurs. It is located on the Southampton Campus of Stony Brook University. The SFK kitchen is a fully equipped and fully licensed commercial kitchen available to qualified users.
