Conference App

We've built a mobile app for the 2021 Virtual Operations Managers Conference Series! The app is your one-stop shop for event information and features to enhance your virtual experience.

Here are our top 3 reasons to use the app:

  1. Join the virtual sessions. Each session during the conference series uses a separate Zoom link, which will be posted in the app. Locate the session you want to attend and click the link to join the session in Zoom (will open in a separate program).
  2. Access the event agenda at your fingertips. View individual session summaries, download speaker materials and provide feedback in one location.
  3. Networking. Explore sponsor and speaker profiles and find other attendees. Send in-app messages and make plans to connect virtually. 

Accessing the App

For ease of access, we recommend using the web version of the app found at https://crowd.cc/omc2021Registered attendees will receive an email with personalized instructions to download and access the app. The steps below can also be used to download and access the event information.

Log In to App's Web Version

Use the steps below to access the app on your computer's internet browser and explore the app content.

  1. Visit https://crowd.cc/omc2021. Bookmark this URL for future reference.
  2. Login to access the content.  Use the same email address that you used to register for the conference.
  3. A verification code will be sent by email or SMS (if mobile phone number was provided).  Enter this 6-digit code and tap Verify to access the event.
  4. Explore the online content!

For security purposes, you will need to complete the login process each time to open the app URL in a new browser tab.

Download the Mobile App

We have partnered with CrowdCompass to build the mobile version of the app for iOS or Android devices. Don't have iOS or Android?  No problem! Access all the same features on the mobile event site.

  1. Download the app (CrowdCompass Events) from the app store.
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and enter Operations Managers Conference in the search bar. Tap the name to load the event.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to login into the event to access content.  Be sure to use the same email address that you used to register for the conference.
  4. A verification code will be sent by email or SMS (if mobile phone number was provided).  Enter this 6-digit code and tap Verify to access the event.
  5. Explore the app!

Using the App

Yes!  The link to join the live presentations can be found in each individual session listing.  After the live presentation, we will link to the recording once it is available.  Find all sessions by tapping the Schedule icon to start browsing.

We have also created a navigation icon that lists all of the Zoom links collectively.  Just tap the Links to Join Session navigation icon to view a page of all links.

Click on the Presentation Materials navigation icon to access a full list of available materials.  We will update this list throughout the series as we receive additional materials, so be sure to check back.

Files are also linked in the individual sessions.  To access within the session:

  1. Tap the Schedule icon.
  2. Choose your session.
  3. Scroll to the bottom to find the Documents header, then tap the name of the PDF.

After logging in, tap your profile icons (located in the top left). Upload an image, choose your privacy setting, connect social media account and fill out the text field to let other attendees know who you are.  When you've finished, tap Done.

If you want other attendees to see your profile, be sure to set it to public in Privacy Settings.
