Graduate Field Faculty

Internationally recognized faculty - with a broad range of expertise in all facets of food science - are members of the graduate field.

These faculty members represent four colleges and eleven departments within Cornell and serve as Committee Chairs for the students enrolled in the graduate field of Food Science and Technology. 

Emeritus faculty can only serve as co-chairs or minor members on students' committees.
