Safety
Farming ranks among the top hazardous industries according to the U.S. Department of Labor. In 2015 and 2016 alone, 180 and 157 fatal incidents in agriculture were reported consecutively. Agriculture workers are at very high risk for fatal and nonfatal injuries, and to combat those injuries resources have been put together to outline safety hazards to be aware of and how to handle them.
