2024 conference updates

  • The conference will be held on March 6 - 7, 2024 at the Doubletree by Hilton, East Syracuse, NY.
  • Exhibits are included with sponsorship levels and only 35 spaces are available, on a first come, first served basis.  As of January 23, exhibits have sold out.

A unique opportunity to represent your company in front of a captive audience! As a pre-conference sponsor, you provide a speaker of your choice for one, 45-minute session on Wednesday morning.  We will provide the room, audio visual equipment and attendees - you provide the speaker and knowledge!

Coffee Break - $4,000

Attendees run on milk, coffee, and snacks!  Give them their fuel by sponsoring one of two coffee breaks.  Engage with attendees while your signs are displayed in the lobby during the break.  You may also supply branded napkins and cup wraps for the sponsored break.

Do you want attendees to know your organization is at NEDM when they make their way to registration to receive their name badges?  Be the exclusive sponsor of the registration area! Website

All sponsors will be recognized according to level on conference webpage. Sponsorship levels of $1,000 or more include logo. Sponsor name or logo image will be linked to company URL.

Company URL and high-resolution logo (300 DPI or higher .jpg, .png or .eps format) should be provided during online sponsorship registration process.

Conference App

All sponsorships includes a company profile page. Specialty sponsorships include additional app marketing features.

During the Event

All sponsors will be recognized by level on signage and in a PowerPoint presentation at the live event. Opening Keynote and Pre-Conference sponsors receive additional verbal recognition by conference planning staff during sessions.

Proceedings and electronic sponsor directory
All sponsors received ad space in the in the proceedings and in an electronic sponsorship directory.  Size is provided based on sponsorship level.

Discounted registrations
Discount codes for 50% off registration are provided with each sponsorship level. Not sure all your staff will attend the conference?  Share them with your dairy farm customers or students and encourage them to attend!

 

Sponsorship Asset Technical Information

Please review the details below and be mindful of deadlines to ensure maximum exposure. Most items are due by February 1, 2024.

New this year, exhibit spaces are located throughout the conference venue in areas.  View draft layout.

All spaces are pre-assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Exhibit space dimensions are approximately 8’ wide by 4-6’ deep and include a skirted 6’ table, backdrape, siderail, 2 chairs and identification sign.  One standard 120V electric outlet is available upon request at no additional charge.

Exhibits should be installed so they will not project beyond the space allocated and will permit a clear view from booth to booth. Exhibits may be setup between 7:00 and 8:00 AM on Wednesday, March 6.  We request that setup be complete by 8:00 AM when registration opens.  You may tear down after 3:30 PM on Thursday, March 7.

All personnel managing the exhibit must register for the conference separately (using registration discounts included with sponsorship as applicable.)

A high-resolution logo (300 DPI or higher) should be provided during the online sponsorship registration process.

Sponsor ads will be included an electronic directory document that will be shared with all conference registrants by email and through the conference app. Ads will also be printed in black and white in the conference proceedings available at the in-person event.

Each sponsorship level includes at least one discounted registration. After January 10 and upon confirmation of payment, a unique discount code will be sent that can be used during conference registration.

Where included with your sponsorship, we will share a list of attendee names and email addresses 3 weeks prior to the event. These participants have given permission to receive communication related to your business and services only. This contact information is for internal use only and may not be sold and used beyond the purpose of stated above.  In order to remain in accordance with the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act guidelines and to not violate the privacy rights of our attendees, we respectfully request that sponsors who have access to the attendee email list also adhere to said guidelines by offering recipients an “opt-out” option and by using the email list judiciously.

Reception, coffee break, and registration specialty sponsorships receive a space for a custom banner that displays in a carousel at the top of the Exhibitors page in the conference app.  Banner image appears with blurred background with a text overlay at the top of Exhibitors page.
