Cancellation Policies
All cancellation and refund requests must be received by emailing dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu).
- Cancellations received on or before February 25 will received a full refund.
- Cancellations received after February 25 and before March 1 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
- If you do not cancel by March 1 and do not attend the conference, no refunds will be given.
- A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to March 5, 2024 by submitting a request to dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu).
Refund Payment Policy
Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file within 7 days of notification of cancellation. Payments made by check will be refunded by check from Cornell University and will take 4-6 weeks for processing.
Event cancellation or postponement due to COVID-19
If the conference must be cancelled due to federal, state, local or Cornell University policies related to prohibits gatherings of any kind, or travel bans, refunds for registration fees will be granted within 14 days of notice of cancellation. Sponsorship funds will be refunded or applied to future events.
