Registration

To assist with onsite check-in efficiency, pre-registration is highly encouraged.  A unique email address is required to complete registration and only one registration per email address may be submitted.

2026 registration fees

We encourage everyone to attend the full conference, but one-day registration is available. Registration rates are per person and daily conference attendance may not be split between multiple individuals. Registration includes meals and sessions on the selected day(s) and one copy of the conference proceedings.  To ensure post-registration emails regarding this event reach your inbox, please add dmconf [at] cornell.edu to your address book or safe senders list.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be received by emailing dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu).

  • Cancellations received on or before February 23 will received a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after February 23 and before February 28 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • If you do not cancel by February 28 and do not attend the conference, no refunds will be given.
  • A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to March 3, 2026 by submitting a request to pupro-dairy@cornell.edupro-dairy [at] cornell.edu. 

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file within 7 days of notification of cancellation. Payments made by check will be refunded by check from Cornell University and will take 4-6 weeks for processing.

Event cancellation or postponement 

If the conference must be cancelled due to federal, state, local or Cornell University policies related to prohibits gatherings of any kind, or travel bans, refunds for registration fees will be granted within 14 days of notice of cancellation.  Sponsorship funds will be refunded or applied to future events.
