Meeting Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines

As we return to in-person events, the health and safety of attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff is the highest priority.  We are working closely with our partners to ensure all federal, state, local, and Cornell University guidelines are met as we organize events and meetings.

We will continue to monitor these guidelines and adjust our approach as needed.  Updates to the safety policies will be posted on this webpage.

Current Guidelines

  • Mask wearing is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.  Cornell recommends a single use surgical mask or a K/N95 mask. High quality (KN95) masks will be available at the event for those who would like one.
  • Attendees are asked to self-screen for symptoms at home prior to traveling to the conference, using a rapid antigen test if possible.

Doing Your Part

We ask all attendees to follow the event health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event.  If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for or been exposed to a positive case of COVID-19 within 5 days of the start of the conference, please do not attend.

If you do not feel comfortable with potential exposure or mitigation measures, please consider joining us at a future event.
