The Boyce Thompson Institute (BTI) Plant Phenotyping Facility provides a suite of imaging tools for studying plant growth and development. Facilities include three imaging systems:

• High-throughput 
• Multi-spectral 
• Time-lapse

The staff also offers a variety of other services, including plant imaging, image analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation.
