His academic credentials include a Gold Medal in MTech from Anna University and a Master’s in Public Policy from King’s College, London, providing him with a robust foundation for innovative governance.

In his role within the Kerala government, Rajamanickam has been a staunch advocate for environmental sustainability and climate change mitigation. His notable initiatives, such as ‘Ente Kulam Ernakulam’ for pond conservation and ‘Anbodu Kochi’ for disaster relief, reflect his commitment to sustainable development and community welfare.
