Nyaradzo Amanda Munyoro from Zimbabwe is a distinguished risk management and development finance professional, farmer, eco-feminist, and social entrepreneur. She is the founder and Executive Trustee of Women in Farming and Entrepreneurship (WIFE), an organization dedicated to empowering rural women through the "Farming for Wellness Revolution," which combines farming with mental health support.

In Zimbabwe, where 86% of women live in rural areas and 70% of the agricultural labor force is female, WIFE addresses critical challenges such as limited access to capital, markets, and technical resources, as well as the burden of unpaid care work. Under Nyaradzo’s leadership, WIFE provides solutions to these issues, enhancing women's entrepreneurial opportunities and overall well-being.

Nyaradzo holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from GARP, and has completed the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and the Global AgriFood Techpreneur program in partnership with the Business School of Edinburgh. Her work and education reflect a deep commitment to holistic development and women’s empowerment.
