Junwei (Bennett) Chen is passionate about leveraging intelligent supply chain management and data-driven operations to advance the circular economy. With a specialized undergraduate background in Intelligent Supply Chain, he has developed a strong foundation in quantitative research, warehouse operations, and global logistics systems. His academic work prominently features an empirical dissertation on how generative AI and synthetic media impact consumer perception and brand trust in digital marketing. This research equips him with a multidimensional perspective on how emerging technologies shape both complex operational networks and human behavior.
Professionally, Bennett has applied his analytical skills across multiple consumer and tech sectors. He has streamlined operational funnels for AI startups and led optimization initiatives for major food and beverage brands. This includes designing sustainable maritime logistics and centralized distribution models to reduce carbon emissions for Starbucks, as well as conducting field research and market optimization for Genki Forest. At Cornell, Bennett aims to bridge technological innovation with sustainable development. Following his MPS, he plans to pursue a managerial career focused on integrating resilient, circular economy practices into enterprise operations.
