Conference Registration

The year's event will be hosted exclusively as an in-person event in Syracuse, NY.  Registration fees include all refreshment breaks, sponsored programs and meals on day(s) selected, and one copy of the printed proceedings.

Cancellation Policies

All cancellation and refundrequests must be submitted to dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu) by October 1. 

  • Cancellations  received on or before October 1 will receive a full fund.
  • Cancellations received after October 1 and before October 10 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • If you do not cancel by October 13 and do not attend the conference, no refunds will be given.

A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the start of the conference by submitting a request to dmconf [at] cornell.edu (dmconf[at]cornell[dot]edu)

Refund Payment Policy

Refunds will be returned according to original payment method and process.   Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file within 7 days of notification of cancellation.  Payments made by check will be refunded by check from Cornell University and will take 4-6 weeks for processing.

Event cancellation or postponement due to COVID-19

If the conference must be cancelled due to federal, state, local or Cornell University policies related to gatherings of any kind or travel bans, refunds for registration fees will be granted within 14 days of notice of cancellation.  Sponsorship funds will be refunded or applied to future events.
