Policies

As we return to in-person events, the health and safety of attendees, speakers and staff is the highest priority.  All attendees will be asked to follow current Cornell University event guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.  We will continue to monitor these guidelines and will provide updates on this webpage.

Current Guidelines and Requirements

Last updated: April 19, 2022

  • Mask wearing is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.  Cornell recommends a single use surgical mask or a K/N95 mask. High quality (KN95) masks will be available at the event for those who would like one.
  • Attendees are asked to self-screen for symptoms at home prior to traveling to the conference, using a rapid antigen test if possible.

Doing Your Part

If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for or been exposed to a positive case of COVID-19 within 5 days of the start of the conference, please do not attend.

We ask all attendees to follow the event health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event. If you do not feel comfortable with potential exposure or mitigation measures, please consider joining us at a future conference.
