Caprine Outing was a 3-day goat workshop co-sponsored by the Cornell Department of Animal Science and Cornell Cooperative Extension that occurred every two years from the late 1980s until 2010 at various 4-H camps around the state.
While the program is no longer running, many of the resources used are still timely and can be used to run similar programs at the local and county level.
