This multi-day course fulfills the FDA Requirements for FSMA Qualified Individual Training through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and AFDO.

Certificate CEU

This course will provide participants with the knowledge to implement the requirements of conducting a vulnerability assessment under the Mitigation Strategies to Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration (IA) regulation.


This course will fulfill the FDA Requirements for Foreign Supplier Verification Verification Programs through the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance and AFDO.


State Trainings and Meetings

Provides detailed instruction of required dairy farm inspections and is a required course for Certified Milk Inspectors (CMI), those who inspect dairy farms. 


Dairy Lab Seminar

Provides dairy laboratory personnel with regulatory, procedural and scientific updates. 


Additional NYS Programs

Provides regulatory and extension updates on-farm inspection and milk quality. Required update for licensed Certified Milk Inspectors.

Provides dairy plants the opportunity to receive awards and recognition for product quality at New York State Fair. Coordination and judging of dairy products for state fair competition occurs each summer at Cornell.
