Our team of extension associates can consult on all value-added dairy products, food safety and food quality. We offer a wide array of trainings in food safety and processing and can create a custom training plan for you and your team.
New and existing businesses can work with our Food Processing and Development Laboratory to further develop and trial products and the Sensory Evaluation Center improve their offerings.
