Certified Milk Inspectors School

Designed to meet New York State's rigorous standards, this comprehensive program covers milk inspection procedures, quality assurance practices, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance specific to the dairy industry. This course provides detailed instruction on the required dairy farm inspections and is a mandatory course for Certified Milk Inspectors (CMIs), who are responsible for inspecting dairy farms. The course is offered annually.

Designed to meet New York State's rigorous standards, this comprehensive program covers milk inspection procedures, quality assurance practices, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance specific to the dairy industry. This course provides detailed instruction on the required dairy farm inspections and is a mandatory course for Certified Milk Inspectors (CMIs), who are responsible for inspecting dairy farms. This course does not include a final examination. Participants will be asked to evaluate the quality and structure of the program.
