Helping farmers and business owners produce safe, healthy and wholesome foods

The Cornell University Dairy Foods Extension team is a diverse group of faculty and staff from the Department of Food Science with extensive knowledge that spans nearly all aspects of dairy science and technology.

Our mission is to provide information and training programs to the dairy production and processing sectors. We're equipped to address consumer questions and concerns as well. The team is available to assist Cornell Cooperative Extension in their training and outreach needs at the county level.
