You belong at Cornell!

There are hundreds of Indigenous students at Cornell (a huge shift from our history on campus a century ago with only one Indigenous graduate in 1909!). We provide academic support to students from diverse backgrounds, nations, and territories and all Indigenous students are welcome at our program. AIISP provides Indigenous students with a "home away from home" and supports their success through sponsoring community-building activities, creating Indigenous spaces on campus, engaging in scholarly work, and by providing support services. Our students are doing cutting edge research in fields such as chemical engineering, animal science, biology, law, literature, media production, environmental sciences, and many more.

Our staff are here to help you succeed!
