NEW Entry Procedures for the NYS Fair Horse Show!!!

NEW THIS YEAR — Coggins & Rabies Submissions
This year, instead of mailing Coggins and Rabies certificates and sending everything through your regional reps, educators must submit all Coggins and Rabies certificates directly to our Box folder: (17) NYS Fair Horse Information for State Fair | Powered by Box

When you open the folder, select your county and upload copies for each horse participant.

This new system helps ensure we have everything we need to confirm each horse’s eligibility and to complete stall assignments. If these documents are not submitted in Box by the educator, the participant will not be included in stall assignments and will not be eligible to compete.
