Caitlin Lawrence
Ecotoxicologist
Caitlin is an ecotoxicologist for WRI in partnership with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. She works on projects related to the assessment of contaminant effects on fish and wildlife resources and on the development of ecological criteria and standards for contaminants. Caitlin has a background in aquatic ecotoxicology and graduated with her M.S. from Washington State University where she studied the toxicity of tire chemicals in stormwater on coho salmon. She recently completed the NOAA Knauss fellowship in Washington D.C. where she worked on coastal and marine policy in the U.S. Senate.
