Roksana Tashbaeva is the Head Trainer and Chief Veterinary Specialist at Natural Agro LLC, a leading feed production company in Kyrgyzstan. With extensive academic training and practical expertise, she leads nationwide and cross-border programs that equip small- and medium-scale farmers with the tools and knowledge to establish sustainable and profitable poultry enterprises.
Dr. Tashbaeva holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kyrgyz Agrarian University and a Master’s degree in Veterinary Pathology from Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea. She has also collaborated with veterinary and agricultural experts from the United States, the Philippines, and Taiwan, experiences that have broadened her perspective and enriched the quality of her training programs.
As one of the few poultry veterinarians in Kyrgyzstan—and among an even smaller group of women in the field—Dr. Tashbaeva brings both technical expertise and important representation to a sector that is often underserved. Her work extends beyond poultry to agronomy, where she trains farmers in soil testing and the use of biofertilizers. From promoting antibiotic-free poultry production to advancing sustainable vegetable farming, she is committed to improving food safety, farmer livelihoods, and environmental health.
Through her training and leadership, Dr. Tashbaeva empowers farmers to adopt resilient, hygienic, and profitable agricultural practices, reinforcing the vital link between animal health, human health, and sustainable agriculture.
