Undergraduate Students
Wendy joined the lab in April 2022. She assists various MQIP members in their research projects. Wendy is exploring her interests in dairy science, food microbiology, and food safety while expanding her laboratory skills and knowledge.
Ganga joined the lab in Feb 2022. She assists with media and labware preparation. Ganga has a vast interest in all branches of biology but has a particular interest in studying biomaterials. She is looking forward to improving her lab and research skills as well as learning more about food science.
Robin joined the lab in Feb 2022. She assists with media and labware preparation. Robin previously worked on observing the quality of fermented dairy products under varying storage conditions. Food microbiology continues to fascinate her, and she is always looking to expand her knowledge and experiences within the field.
Ziyu joined the lab in Feb 2022. She assists with media and labware preparation. Ziyu has a general interest in microbiology and genetics. She is looking to improve her lab and research skills and explore various fields including food science in her pursuit of a career in bio research.
