Roza Aiylchieva has considerable experience in legislative work in the Parliament of Kyrgyz Republic, touching on many issues of public interest. For the last 5 years, she has been working in the field of economic development for agriculture. She initiated the development of laws to improve legislation in several areas of agriculture, such as aquaculture and subsidies and seeds. These laws have been approved by Parliament and have already begun to positively influence the development of these industries. She is currently working to strengthen the role of farmers through associations in cooperation with government agencies and business, using the example of the Dairy Chamber as the first sectoral association. Ms. Aiylchieva holds a Master’s degree in International Law from International University of Kyrgyzstan. She also attended the Study Program for Economic Policy at the University of Central Asia Graduate School of Development in the Institute of Public Administration and Policy.
