Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your group receives a new chemical, please fill out an Intake Form. Preprinted barcodes were left at SARL for you to place on your chemical bottles.
Please remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your labs. Monthly, CALS OEH will contact SARL directly to retrieve any Removal Form information.
