Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your group receives a new chemical, please fill out an Intake Form in front of the mailroom (COM-1148). You can also use the online form. There are preprinted barcodes there for you to place on your chemical bottle.
Please remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your labs. Monthly, CALS OEH will move through the labs to collect/replace your Removal Forms.
