Making an Offer

You will need to refer to the compensation that your HR Representative approved.

Please work with your HR Representative if you need to go above the recommended salary range. Depending on the funding source, College approval may be needed.

Regardless of how the search was conducted, the offer letter will be sent via the Workday Recruiting System. This is sent after the reference check and candidate data submission have been completed.
