Join us this month for Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours! Dr. Martin Wiedmann (the Gellert Family Professor in Food Safety at Cornell University) will present "Listeria- Why it is continuing to be an issue in dairy: Root cause analysis and beyond." Following the presentation, there will be a moderated Q&A with a panel of experts from the Cornell Dairy Foods Extension program.

Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Extension Program, the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
