Information to Support your PSA Trainer-of-Trainers (ToT) Application

The following 2 form sections:

  • Letter of Intent
  • PSA Trainer Mentoring, Support, and Effective Administration of a PSA Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Course

require a long response. If you prefer, you may use a text editing program, such as Word, to write your responses and upload the file. The option to upload a file appears after the second input below.

Please describe why you applied to be a PSA Trainer-of-Trainers (ToT). This information will be used to evaluate areas of need and whether an invitation will be extended to co-train as part of the PSA ToT process. PSA reserves the right to prioritize candidates that can fill high-need areas.

Please limit your response to 500 words or less and number your response elements. Your statement must include specifics about each of the criteria below or your application will be denied.

  1. The audiences and locations where you intend to teach PSA TTT Courses. Priority will be given to PSA ToT applicants who are likely to serve high-need areas. Examples may include limited availability of PSA ToTs in a particular language or region where the applicant possesses fluency in the language and could train in the region.
  2. How many PSA TTT Courses do you plan to conduct each year?
  3. Your professional affiliations that enable you to host PSA TTT Courses or collaborate with other PSA ToTs who are offering courses.
  4. Any other relevant information (not required).

PSA reserves the right to prioritize candidates that reflect the values and culture of effective produce safety education.
