I have taught every module of the PSA Grower Training (GT) Curriculum. I have been a PSA Lead Trainer for at least 5 PSA GT Courses with (cumulative) attendance of 100 or more participants. I can provide Course IDs and agendas with the modules I taught for each course. I read and write in English proficiently. I know where to find PSA policies for the delivery of PSA GT Courses. I follow PSA policies when conducting PSA GT Courses. Date you were approved to become a Lead Trainer: PSA Lead Trainer ExperienceApplicants must have served as a PSA Lead Trainer in at least 5 PSA Grower Training (GT) Courses with a minimum of 100 participants (cumulative) and delivered each module in the PSA GT Curriculum.List at least 5 PSA GT Courses where you served as the PSA Lead Trainer. Be sure to include Course IDs (e.g., NY-24910-GR) and provide the agendas indicating which modules you taught. Across all the agendas, you should be able to demonstrate that you taught all modules at least once. English Proficiency PSA policy is that PSA Trainers-of-Trainers must have proficient English reading and writing skills, at the level of General Professional Proficiency or higher. English proficiency facilitates communication of updates, including course delivery policies and FDA guidance and rulemaking that may be relevant to all PSA Trainers, regardless of the language in which they deliver the training. Please rate your proficiency when reading and writing in English. The levels described below are based on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR). More details on the IRL reading and writing proficiency levels can be found at the IRL website hyperlinks. No Proficiency (Level 0): No practical ability to read or write the language. Elementary Proficiency (Level 1): Sufficient comprehension to read very simple connected written material in a form equivalent to usual printing. Has sufficient control of the writing system to meet limited practical needs. Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2): Sufficient comprehension to read simple, authentic written material in a form equivalent to usual printing on subjects within a familiar context. Able to write routine social correspondence and prepare documentary materials required for most limited work requirements. General Professional Proficiency (Level 3): Able to read within a normal range of speed and with almost complete comprehension a variety of authentic prose material on unfamiliar subjects. Able to use the language effectively in most formal and informal written exchanges on practical, social and professional topics. Advanced Professional Proficiency (Level 4): Able to read fluently and accurately all styles and forms of the language pertinent to professional needs. Able to write the language precisely and accurately in a variety of prose styles pertinent to professional/educational needs. Functionally Native Bilingual Proficiency (Level 5): Reading proficiency is functionally equivalent to that of the well-educated native reader. Your response should include the following information:Basic administrative expectations and how you plan to successfully complete them. Topics could include: ensuring delivery of manuals (for in-person and remote courses), confirming registration and attendance (for remote courses), addressing audio and video challenges (for remote courses), supporting trainer preparedness, and responding to incorrect or misleading statements during delivery (by co-trainers).Name two (2) challenges you have faced during PSA GT Course delivery, and how you overcame those challenges to create a successful training or how you managed a failed training.Any other information that would help reviewers assess your experience and ability to meet expectations of a PSA ToT.
