Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your research group receives a new chemical, please fill out an online Intake Form. There are preprinted barcodes in the Mailroom (MORR-152) for you to place on your chemical bottle.
Remove barcodes and place them on the Removal Forms when a chemical is used up and you are disposing of the bottle. Monthly, Sheridan Tompkins (DSR) will move through the labs to collect Removal Form information and update your inventory accordingly.
