Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
Each lab was given a roll of barcodes. When your research group receives a new chemical, please place a barcode on the chemical bottle and use the online Intake Form. When a chemical is used up please place the sticker on the Removal Forms, posted in your labs. Monthly, CALS OEH will move through the labs to collect/replace Removal Forms.
CALS OEH will barcode and deliver those chemicals identified in the mailroom as having flammable, corrosive or hazardous content.
