Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your group receives a new chemical, please fill out an Intake Form. You were given preprinted barcodes for you to place on your chemical bottles. When more are needed, please let cals-chemicals [at] cornell.edu (CALS OEH) know and we will send more to your facility.
Please remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your labs. Monthly, CALS OEH will email the lab contacts to send a picture or scan to cals-chemicals [at] cornell.edu (cals-chemicals[at]cornell[dot]edu) with Removal Form information.
