Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.

When your research group receives a new chemical, please fill out an online Intake Form.  Barcodes were given to you to place on your chemical bottle. If more barcodes are needed, please contact CALS OEH.

Please remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your lab. Monthly, CALS OEH will contact DYCE to retrieve any Removal Form information.
