Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your research group receives a new chemical, please fill out an Intake Form located in the binder in the IPM Lab. You can also use the online Intake Form. Preprinted barcodes were left with the lab to place on new chemical bottles.
Please remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your lab. Monthly, CALS OEH/EHS will move through the labs to collect/replace Removal Forms for you.
