Thank you for participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your research group receives a new chemical, please fill out an Intake Form. You can also use the online Intake Form. Monthly, EHS/CALS OEH will move through the labs to collect/replace Removal Forms for you. Barcodes are available in the main office.
