Thank you participating in the CALS chemical inventory program.
When your research group receives a new chemical, please fill out the online Intake Form. Barcodes were left with you to place on your chemical bottles. If you need more barcodes, please contact cals-chemicals [at] cornell.edu (cals-chemicals[at]cornell[dot]edu).
Remove barcodes when a chemical is used up and place them on the Removal Forms posted in your labs. Monthly, CALS OEH will contact your group for Removal Form information.
