A new project from the Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research’s Dr. Janis Whitlock is collecting slice of life stories during the coronavirus outbreak and asking the public to take part.

From the website:

“Since our collective stories will undoubtedly create a unique portrait and contribute to lessons learned in the aftermath of this time, she and her team decided to launch this project.”

Anyone can join the storytelling community Covid-Stories.com and receive the daily journal links and prompts.

“Use the journal to share what you are noticing, witnessing, feeling, longing for, and experiencing.”

Participants are encouraged to write as much or as little as they’d like, include photos, and be creative in their responses.

After the crisis is over, BCTR will collate and combine the stories to put together a picture of what life was like during this historic event. The project will remain anonymous for participants, but everyone who participates will receive a copy of the finished project.
