Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Environmental Health Services site for the purpose of providing free training and workforce development resources regarding Food Safety.  Specifically, Environmental Assessment of Foodborne Illness Outbreaks is a course on how to use a systems approach in foodborne illness outbreak environmental assessments; participants learn how to investigate foodborne illness outbreaks as part of a response team, identify an outbreak’s environmental causes, and recommend appropriate control measures.
