Join us for our next session of Food Safety Virtual Office Hours, Replacing synthetic food colors (dyes) with natural offerings: challenges and opportunities for the food industry. Presenters include Dr. Alireza Abbaspourrad from Cornell University, Jeannette O'Brien from GNT USA, and Dave Gebhardt from Sensient Technologies, offering industry perspectives and challenges.

Following the presentation, the speakers will join an expert panel to address questions during a moderated Q&A.

Food Safety Virtual Office Hours are hosted in collaboration with the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence, and the IFS@CU.
