Join us for our next session of Food Safety Virtual Office Hours, where Professor Martin Wiedmann will provide an overview of how to select a testing laboratory and how to build confidence in their procedures and results. This session will highlight the importance of reliable and accurate testing results, as well as the importance of building a good relationship with your testing laboratory. Professor Wiedmann will also discuss key considerations when comparing testing laboratories and how to assess whether the laboratory’s procedures are suitable for a company’s testing needs.
