Fall 2019 Grant Fellows Workshop for Early-career Faculty

We are pleased to invite you to apply for a new Grant Fellows Workshop series for early career faculty across Cornell that will be offered in fall 2019. This workshop is designed to help grant-interested faculty produce a quality, review-ready proposal in just six weeks, with valuable information and support from grant-successful facilitators. Topics covered will include trends and opportunities in grant making, integrated evaluation plans, persuasive and compelling narrative writing, effective supplementary materials, and addressing unique challenges that historically underrepresented groups may face in accessing research funding. In addition, each participant will be assigned a grant-successful faculty reader in their field to give them detailed feedback on their proposal, and will receive travel support and airfare to Washington, DC to meet with relevant federal agency program officers in May, 2020.
