Zhuang Han graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a B.A. in Sociology and Computer Science. His undergraduate honor thesis focused on Chinese college students studying in America.
His research is geographically focused on border areas in China, and substantively focused on social change, population dynamics, family demography, and immigration.
Zhuang’s research examines the interaction and integration between different groups of people living in the border cities.
