Steven McCutcheon Rubio's research focuses on processes of agrarian change in contemporary Latin America. He is currently a book review editor for the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development. Steven holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and an MA in Food Studies-Food Systems from New York University.
